
Does Umishoes.com guarantee inventory availability?
Umishoes.com does not guarantee inventory. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, Umi will confirm inventory with our distribution center. Once inventory has been verified, your order will be processed.

Does Umi match competitors' prices? How often do prices change? What about sale pricing?
All prices on Umishoes.com are subject to change without notice. Umishoes.com is unable to match pricing that may be found at other retailers or other online merchants. Regrettably, Umishoes.com does not allow for price adjustments to be made after an item has been purchased. Sale prices cannot be applied to prior purchases.

What about returns?
Umishoes.com will accept returns that meet the following conditions:
- Shoes must be unworn with no wear, marks, or blemishes anywhere on the product. Any shoes that have been worn or have marks or blemishes will not be accepted for a return and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- Unworn shoes must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. Any order returned after 30 days will not be accepted.
- Unworn shoes must be returned in their original shoebox with all original packing materials.
- Umishoes.com does not offer exchanges. If you purchased the incorrect size, please return the original shoe for credit and place a new order on Umishoes.com for the correct size.
- Shoes must be accompanied by their original invoice.
- Please indicate the reason for your return on the original invoice.
- To ensure your package arrives safely, please send your return via a traceable method such as UPS or Insured Parcel Post to the following address:

- A credit for the original value of the returned items will appear on the original credit card used to purchase the merchandise. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear. Umishoes.com does not reimburse shipping charges.

Yes. Your Umi Account will allow you to complete your order safely and securely on our website. You will also be able to access up-to-date order status and tracking information at any time after you complete your order from your Umi Account. Your privacy is important to us, and Umi will never share your personal information with anyone.

Does Umishoes.com ship internationally?
At this time Umishoes.com orders can be shipped only to the 50 United States. If you would like to be notified when we begin accepting international orders, please join our mailing list. All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must go via the "express shipping" option and will incur express shipping premium charges.

Is my order secure? What happens to my personal information provided to place an order?
